Please read these guidelines carefully before preparing your manuscript. Manuscripts that do not comply may be returned without review.
1. Manuscript Preparation
Language: All manuscripts must be submitted in English. We recommend professional English language editing for authors whose first language is not English. Services such as Wiley Author Services or Springer Language Services are available.
Format: Manuscripts should be submitted as Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex) files. PDFs are not accepted for initial submission.
Length: Research articles: 5,000–10,000 words (excluding references). Reviews: up to 15,000 words.
Blind review: Manuscripts must be prepared for double-blind review. Author names, affiliations, and any identifying information must be removed from the manuscript file.
2. Reporting Standards
Authors must follow relevant reporting guidelines:
References must follow APA 7th edition style unless otherwise specified. All cited works must be accessible (published or preprint). DOIs must be included for all references where available. Use CrossRef Free DOI Lookup to verify DOIs.
4. Supplementary Materials
Supplementary materials (datasets, code, additional figures) should be deposited in an appropriate repository before submission and cited in the manuscript. See our Research Data Policy.
5. Required Statements
All manuscripts must include:
Ethical approval statement (where applicable) citing the approving body and reference number
Informed consent statement (where human participants are involved)
